This year we are celebrating International Women’s Day by supporting the campaign #BreakTheBias. Whether deliberate or unintentional, bias makes it difficult for women to move forward and progress. As a member of B Corp, we are held responsible for our actions.

We ensure equal opportunity and treatment of all of our employees regardless of their demographic. Across the company, we are promising to actively call out bias, stereotyping and discrimination whenever we see it to create a better world.

Today, our thoughts are with the Ukrainian people, with the women and children who have fled their homes or lost their lives, with the boys and men who have stayed behind to protect their country and with all of those whose lives have been turned upside down.
