This week, we are exhibiting at the 2022 UKREiiF Annual Event hosted in Leeds, bringing together the public sector, government, investors, funders, developers, housebuilders and more, with every core UK region and city involved. This 3-day event will showcase 80 exhibitors, and over 300 speakers with thousands of attendees.

This annual event provides the UK with a platform for the public sector to showcase the scale of development and display plans for future investment opportunities to developers and investors from around the world.

Focusing on several key themes: the UK’s Net Zero Target, Social Value and Inclusive Growth, The Future of Real Estate, Building Better Communities and a focus on inward investment via our Investor Centre.

We are dedicated to Building Better Communities with over 50 locations across England and Wales. Providing coworking spaces that are designed to bring people together and create thriving communities by reducing the commute, supporting local economies and revitalising old spaces. Working in partnership with county councils and the UK Government, we are the turnkey provider of coworking spaces for government and local authorities across the UK, creating an inspiring space to work and connect with other like-minded people.

As flexible and hybrid working becomes the norm, we’re creating a third option beyond working from home or working from the office. Having these spaces in your area enables residents to boot the commute for the benefit of our environment and communities. Our members can now access all of our venues through their memberships, providing access to professional workspaces across Wales and England.
