We’re Recruiting Again – Join Our Bicester and Chester Teams!

We’re excited to announce we are recruiting for two more posts – this time through the Kickstart scheme.

Since opening in September 2019, the Eco Business Centre in Bicester has become a central part of the entrepreneurial community in the area, building strong networks, supporting new businesses to start, grow and scale, and attracting very exciting companies to the space.

In Chester, we are working with a team of local freelancers and start-ups to create the Chester Co-llective. It’s a space located in the heart of Chester’s Forum Shopping Centre, a couple of footsteps away from the incredibly popular Chester Market.

In Bicester, we are looking for a Community Assistant, and in Chester we are looking for a Community Co-ordinator. To apply for these roles you need to contact your Work Coach at the Job Centre.

Here are a few more details about the roles, but you can also get in touch with us if you want more information such as a full job description.

You will work alongside our Community Manager at the Eco Business Centre or our Senior Community Manager in Chester. Your role will be focused on continuously improving our space and offering. You will have a flair and passion for events, marketing and making fun stuff happen. You will be a great listener, a fantastic communicator and get a kick out of making the space work best for our community.

You will be passionate about helping people to overcome all barriers on their way to success with their enterprise, idea, or vocation. You will be the kind of person who believes 100% in the vision and dedication of the person who is opening their heart and sharing their idea with you.

No previous experience is needed in these areas as you will receive full training and support for the role. All we ask is that you have a passion to learn!

Town Square is committed to inclusive recruitment: we welcome applications from people from all backgrounds and with all kinds of life experiences.

The salary for both posts will be topped up from the basic Kickstart allowance, and will vary dependant on experience. The roles are full-time positions and we are a Living Wage employer.

The typical working week will be between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, but sometimes will be expected to work an evening (until 8pm) and the occasional Saturday (9am-1pm)
