Opportunity to work alongside one of Cardiff’s leading digital agencies

Yard Digital, the no-nonsense technical marketing agency, has offered a unique opportunity for a start-up to work from their offices in Capital Tower, Cardiff from September to December.

Along with workspace, and more valuably, Yard Digital will offer advice and support from their executive team, creating a unique opportunity to access high-impact advice at a crucial time.

Yard enable clients to capture data with precision and accuracy and transform their digital marketing through data enabled search and content services – and are now offering that expertise to an early stage business.

Supported by Cardiff Start and Town Sq, applications are open now and close on 12th August.

You and your team of up to five have an opportunity to work alongside the Yard Digital team and access up to six hours of support and guidance each week to support you to achieve your objectives and goals.

We are looking for founders with a clear mission, stacks of drive, and the right mindset to make the most of this chance.

The main criteria the panel will be looking for is ambition, and a clear idea of what you will look to achieve within the placement period. This opportunity will go to the founder who will make the most of it, regardless of sector or background. It is preferred that you will be pre-launch, but this is not a requirement for the right start-up. It is also expected that you will be working on a primarily digital/technology driven solution. 

The deadline for applications is Sunday 12th August, and – if required – you may be asked to attend an interview to share your ambition and passions with the approval panel, made up of members of the Yard Digital, Cardiff Start,
and Town Sq teams. The successful applicants will be notified by Friday 24th August, with an induction day on Monday 10th September to map out your requirements and expectations over the course of the support period.

The support from the team will be guidance and mentorship rather than in a delivery capacity, and will be structured based on your needs and requirements.
